Crafty!

Cooper and I made this for his 100th day of school.  I can't believe how well it turned out.  Normally, we have the saddest looking art projects but this time we started early and ended up with something pretty darn awesome for a 6 year old.  Cooper was so excited about it, that he insisted we take it to school a couple of days early. I LOVE THAT!

It's just been  misty, foggy, rainy and dreary since I last posted.  These kind of days we have been experiencing zap me of all my energy.  Hence, the weekend was very low key, the highlight being going to Harry's to get some plantain chips and grass fed beef. The Paleo diet is going pretty well, though I've realized I gotta keep the amount of nuts we have at a minimal as Danny and I love to snack on those way too much.  I weighed Saturday and I was down 3 lbs.  I'm so scared to weigh again, I will be crushed if I haven't lost any more. It's officially one week into the challenge though, so I need to know where I stand, I guess I'll weigh tomorrow after crossfit. Speaking of, I have such a love/hate thing going on with that place.  I absolutely hate getting up in the mornings and try to think of every excuse not to go, when I'm done with the workout I just love the feeling I have.  I know I have been challenged and I have met the challenge head on.  I hope it's not always like this (the hate part), maybe as I get to know more people there it will be easier to go. All I know is that I did a 80lb shoulder press today....Yeah baby Yeah!

Can't wait for Suzy to come home this weekend.  She is taking her nursing school entrance exam as I write this, Good Luck Suzy!!! You can do it!
